What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimum order quantity for wholesale and turnkey stock formulas is just 12+ units per SKU. For full custom R&D formulations developed from scratch, our minimum order quantity is 250+ units.
Can I order sample evaluation kits before placing a production run?
Yes. We provide sample units at $3 to $5 each. This allows you to evaluate product consistency, natural botanical aromas, skin absorption, and client response in your spa, studio, or salon before ordering inventory.
What are standard production and label turnaround times?
Production and label turnaround times are 2 to 3 weeks for stock private-label re-orders. Custom lab formulation and R&D development lead times typically take 2 weeks.
What packaging sizes and dispensing formats do you support?
Packaging varies from 0.5 oz retail bottles and jars all the way up to 5-gallon pails and bulk production drums for high-volume treatment rooms and massage backbar use.
What are your clean ingredient standards?
All formulas utilize organic and wildcrafted herbs, premium essential oils, and natural preservatives. Everything is 100% free of mineral oils, lanolin, parabens, PABA, petrochemicals, SLS, and formaldehyde, and is never tested on animals.
Do you assist with FDA MoCRA and USDA Organic compliance?
Yes. While brand owners are legally responsible for their own brand labeling, our Loveland team will walk you through FDA MoCRA regulatory obligations, cosmetic product listings, and USDA NOP requirements for organic claims on finished labels.
