What we collect

When you use a qualification or waitlist form on labelorigin.com, we collect the details you enter: name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, volume tier, and area of interest. We also generate a lead ID for your submission. We do not collect payment details on this site.

How forms are processed

Form submissions are sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and delivered by email to ranklydesign@gmail.com. Qualified Renaud / SASS-EE leads are also copied to Robert’s inbox, and Robert forwards qualified leads to Renaud Naturals (Arch Jain) manually. Under-minimum / waitlist leads are not forwarded to Renaud. A copy of your submission may also be stored in your own browser’s local storage on your device; clearing your browser storage removes that copy.

How we use it

To assess whether a lead meets a client’s minimums, to route qualified leads to the client, to hold under-minimum leads on a waitlist, and to reply to you. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and advertising

This site asks for your tracking choice with a consent banner. If you decline, no analytics or advertising tag runs and the forms still work. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) loads only after your choice and measures page views, scrolls, and outbound clicks (enhanced measurement); no name, email address, phone number, or message content is sent to Google, and no personally identifiable information is sent. No advertising tags are configured at present. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie / tracking choices” link in the footer. If you previously accepted and later decline, tags already loaded in that visit cannot be removed, but none will load on your next visit.

Retention

Lead emails are retained for 24 months and then deleted on request or on a periodic review. Tell us if you want your details deleted sooner.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your details by emailing ranklydesign@gmail.com. You can also ask not to be contacted again.

Children

This site is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
