Sulfate-Free Cleansing & Anionic-Amphoteric Synergy
Cheap shampoos rely on sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), which strips the critical 18-methyleicosanoic acid (18-MEA) lipid layer from the hair shaft. Renaud formulates with a synergistic matrix of Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (a gentle ester derived from coconut fatty acids) and Cocamidopropyl Betaine. This creates dense, creamy lamellar micelle structures that lift sebum from the scalp without stripping structural hair lipids or causing contact dermatitis.
