What the service is
Most manufacturers do not have a lead problem — they have a filtering problem. Inquiries arrive from everywhere: consumers looking for one bottle, resellers with no storefront, brands that cannot meet a minimum, and the occasional buyer who is exactly right. Sorting that pile by hand eats the hours that could go to production, sampling, and the buyers worth keeping.
This service replaces the pile with a funnel. We build a dedicated page for your products that asks each visitor the questions that matter — what kind of business they run, how much they order, and which program they are interested in — before they ever reach your team. The buyers who fit arrive with their answers attached and a reference ID on the submission, so follow-up starts from real information instead of a cold hello.
Qualification Funnels
A fast multi-step page that asks business type, order volume, and program interest, then separates serious buyers from consumer traffic before anyone reaches your team.
Organic Visibility
Search-optimized guides and expert quotes aimed at the buyers you want — spas, salons, retailers, and independent brands — so the funnel is found by people already looking for a manufacturer.
Outreach
Verified, direct outreach to businesses that buy wholesale, introducing your products and pointing them at the funnel instead of a generic contact form.
Lead Routing
Qualified leads are delivered to your sales desk with a reference ID and the answers they gave. Under-minimum inquiries don't reach your inbox.
Who it is for
This service is built for small, founder-led manufacturers and white-label brands that sell wholesale and want qualified buyers, not consumer inquiries. The typical fit is a company of one to twenty people where the founder still touches production, samples, and customer conversations — and where every hour spent chasing the wrong lead is an hour not spent making product.
The categories we work in most are skincare and personal care, supplements and nutraceuticals, and apparel. If you run a supplements operation doing contract capsule, powder, or liquid manufacturing, or a cut & sew apparel shop doing private-label blanks, custom dyeing, or relabeling, the same funnel shape applies: ask the right questions up front, route the right buyers to sales, and park the rest.
How it works
The work follows four steps. It starts with a discovery call, where we learn what you manufacture, who you sell to, and where your current inquiries come from. From there we build the funnel around your buyer minimums and programs, earn the traffic that fits it, and keep refining it from what the leads tell us.
Drive targeted traffic
Search and outreach send buyers to one isolated landing page. No site menu to wander off to, no competitors one click away.
Qualify in under a minute
Business type, volume, and interest are captured step by step before anyone reaches your team.
Route to your sales desk
Viable leads land in your inbox with a reference ID and the buyer's own answers. Everyone else gets other options, or a revisit when the timing's better.
Refine and follow up
The funnel is tuned from lead and order feedback over time.
If you want the fuller picture of how we think about the sequence, our process page walks through it in more detail. And if you are a buyer rather than a manufacturer — a spa, salon, or brand looking for a supplier — our guide on how to find wholesale buyers explains what to look for in a manufacturer before you reach out.
The proof case: Renaud Naturals
Renaud Naturals is LabelOrigin’s flagship client, and the clearest example of what this service looks like in practice. Founded in 1997, Renaud formulates and manufactures all of its products in-house in Loveland, Colorado — small batches, fresh to order, made in the USA, and shipped across the USA and abroad. The company offers private-label stock formulas and custom formulation, and runs a five-step process from brief to delivery.
The work we do for Renaud is exactly the work described on this page: a dedicated funnel that qualifies wholesale buyers, guides and outreach that earn organic visibility for it, and routing that hands the qualified buyers to their sales team. You can see the funnel itself at labelorigin.com/renaud/. It is a live example of the structure, the questions, and the handoff — not a mockup.
One honest note: LabelOrigin is a young agency, and Renaud is the flagship client the work is built around. We do not claim a roster of paying clients or results we have not earned. What we can show is the funnel, the guides behind it, and the qualification logic that keeps a sales desk talking to buyers who fit.
What LabelOrigin does not do
Three things, stated plainly so nobody wastes a call. First, we do not manufacture anything. We build the funnels, guides, and outreach that bring buyers to manufacturers; the manufacturer formulates and ships the products. If you need a factory, talk to one — and if you are a factory, talk to us.
Second, we do not buy traffic. Every visitor arrives through search, a guide, or a direct introduction — never through a purchased placement. That is a deliberate choice: bought attention stops the moment the spending stops, while a guide that ranks and a funnel that qualifies keep working. It also means the buyers who arrive have already shown intent by searching for what you make.
Third, we do not run your sales process for you. We hand you buyers who fit, with their answers and a reference ID attached, and your team takes the conversation from there. The funnel filters; it does not close.
What happens on a discovery call
The discovery call is a working conversation, not a sales presentation. You tell us what you manufacture, who you sell to, and where your inquiries come from today. We ask about your buyer minimums, the programs you offer, and what a good buyer looks like to your team. From there we describe how we would approach getting you qualified wholesale buyers: what the funnel would ask, where the traffic would come from, and what the handoff to your sales desk would look like.
The call runs about half an hour, by phone or video, at a time that suits you. There is no obligation to work with us after it. If the fit is not there, we will say so — a funnel that does not fit your business is a funnel that wastes both our time. If it is there, the next step is a written outline of the funnel and the qualification questions, so you can see the whole shape of the work before anything is built.
