Use your work email at your company’s domain — that is how we match the claim to your company. We reply by email, usually within a business day.
Your details are used to verify your claim and reply to you. We do not sell your personal information.
How claiming works
- Submit the form. Tell us your company, your work email, and what should change on the listing.
- We verify your work-email domain matches the company. That domain match is the ownership check.
- We update your listing and send the badge. The listing is updated with the details you sent, marked as confirmed by your company with the date, and the Featured badge snippet goes to your work email.
The Featured badge
The badge links back to the manufacturers list, so buyers see your listing. When your claim is confirmed, we send you the badge below — put it on your site. It says Featured, not Verified — it is not a quality rating or an endorsement.

Who can claim a profile?
Anyone who works at the company listed. Submit the form from your work email at the company's domain — that domain match is how we connect the claim to the company. If you use a personal email address, we cannot match the claim and will ask you to resubmit from your work email.
What happens after I submit the form?
We check that your work-email domain matches the company, then update the listing with the details you sent and mark the row as confirmed by your company with the date. We reply by email, usually within a business day, and the reply includes the Featured badge snippet for your site.
What is the Featured on LabelOrigin badge?
A small badge for your website that links back to the manufacturers list, so buyers see your listing. It says Featured, not Verified — inclusion on the list means we checked your company's own site, it is not a quality rating or an endorsement.
What can I update on our listing?
Details, your logo, your website link, and your published minimums. We publish only what your own site confirms or what you state as your own facts — we do not publish numbers we cannot check, and we do not guess.
What if our company is not on the list?
This page is for companies already on the list. If your company is a US private-label skincare manufacturer and is not listed, email ranklydesign@gmail.com with a link to your site and we will take a look.
How often is the list checked?
The list is rechecked monthly against each manufacturer's own website, and the checked dates move when the facts do. A claimed listing is re-confirmed at the same recheck.
